Proudly made by humans for humans, Wholefoods for Wholekids® has been created by a qualified Nutritionist experienced in delivering nutrition education programs and supporting families in clinical practice, including neurodiverse kids.
A mother herself, Emma is passionate about keeping healthy eating realistic and balanced. Parents need a supportive tool that keep kids engaged in wholefoods and the momentum going at home, especially in between appointments with Healthcare Professionals.
Wholefoods for Wholekids® uses visual concepts, guided activities, and real-world examples to help kids explore more than just nutrition basics.

Wholefoods for Wholekids® is based around Emma’s C.A.R.E. method to support nutritional understanding. Every healthy eating foundation has a key Concept that is introduced, followed by an Activity to practise with, a Resource to refer to, and provides other ideas on how to Explore concepts further, so your family can build healthy eating foundations for life!
1:1Coaching. Let Emma introduce the key concepts of this program to your child in the comfort of their own environment, with engaging activities to maintain momentum and ‘behind the scenes’ guidance for parents and carers. In-person and video appointments available. $120 per hour.
Self-Paced for Empowered Families. Work at your own pace and have the pack delivered to your home. Online coaching appointments available with Emma as your progress through the program. Contact Emma to find out more!
Education & School Holiday Workshops. Have this program delivered in-person to your early-learning, primary school or holiday workshop groups in the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast regions. Pricing upon enquiry.
